So the debate continues…

I’m really surprised that someone would want to have a tomatina festival in India. Let’s leave those traditions for the Spanish. We in India have so many traditions of our own. What about holi? Holi it self is a great example to have fun and do a massive party. And if you must and have absolutely no other idea’s than there is the foam party that one can organise anytime.  In our country where the poor don’t get proper food to eat and inflation has shot up tremendously someone decides to have a festival just like the one in Spain. It’s just doesn’t make sense. I am glad the green groups and the botanical society of Goa have take up the issue in stopping this. And I hope it get’s stopped. Let the party continue, make merry, enjoy the music but spare the tomatoes.
